By registering your frequency (subscribing) or accessing our digital terminals, you enter a binding covenant with Custos Doctrinae. Disconnect immediately if you do not agree.

Custos Doctrinae is a repository of speculative history. We do not guarantee that information contained within aligns with consensus reality projected by external authorities.

• Artifacts are sold as "curios" or "reproductions."
• Metaphysical properties are subjective user experiences.

The branding, logos (including the "C" Diamond), and narrative content of Custos Doctrinae are the intellectual property of the Archivists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from the Vault.

In no event shall Custos Doctrinae be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Archive. We are not responsible for data corruption caused by atmospheric anomalies or reality shifts.

We reserve the right to modify these protocols at any time. Significant changes will be broadcast via the Intelligence newsletter. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Weave.

When you initialize your identity, we archive specific data points: your designation (name), uplink address (email), and financial clearing codes (handled via Stripe).

Our terminals utilize local storage artifacts ("cookies") to maintain your session. These beacons ensure you do not need to re-authenticate at every node. We do not deploy tracking probes that follow you outside the Archive's perimeter.

While we employ cryptographic shielding, no system connected to the global network is invulnerable. By transmitting your data, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

Data retained in the Vault is utilized strictly for:

• Authenticating your clearance level for restricted portal entries.
• Transmitting the 'Intelligence' dispatch (newsletter) to your terminal.

Custos Doctrinae operates as a closed loop, but we utilize trusted external conduits for specific functions:

"Stripe (Treasury), Beehiiv (Comms), and Supabase (The Ledger). We do not barter, sell, or trade your frequency to data brokers."

Clearance tiers grant immediate, irrevocable access to restricted sectors. **By initializing your uplink, you expressly acknowledge that digital content is delivered instantly and you waive any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.** Payments for commenced billing cycles are non-refundable.

You may sever your connection to the Registry (cancel subscription) at any time via the Member Portal. Upon severance, your clearance will remain active until the end of the current billing epoch, after which your access key will be revoked.

If you detect a discrepancy in your ledger (billing error), you must signal the Archivists immediately at thelorekeeper@custosdoctrinae.com . Verified anomalies will be rectified via the Stripe Treasury.
